Lauren Rosen is a founding partner of Silver Rosen. She possesses well over a decade of experience in complex civil litigation with a focus on helping individuals and businesses navigate complex legal challenges. Ms. Rosen has built a reputation for delivering strategic and effective legal counsel in the areas of business litigation, real estate disputes, landlord-tenant matters, personal injury, commercial foreclosures and workouts, and probate administration and litigation.
Ms. Rosen employs a commonsense approach, ensuring that each case receives the attention it deserves. Whether helping resolve a contentious business dispute or guiding clients through the complexities of probate and trust litigation, she brings experience and empathy to every case. When a resolution is not possible, Ms. Rosen represents her clients through trials and appeals.
Ms. Rosen received her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 2011. While in law school, she was a Leo Goodwin Merit-Full Scholarship recipient and Broad Fellowship recipient, in addition to serving as a Certified Legal Intern for Dade Legal Aid focusing in family law. During law school and post-graduation, Ms. Rosen volunteered as a Guardian Ad Litem in Broward County and Miami-Dade County, Florida. In this capacity, she helped abused, neglected, and abandoned children navigate the judicial system. Ms. Rosen is currently licensed to practice in Florida, including the Southern District of Florida, Middle District of Florida, and Northern District of Florida.
Outside of the office and the courtroom, Ms. Rosen enjoys being with her family of 5-her husband and three children- and is dedicated to her involvement with local organizations, such as JAFCO and the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, working to make a positive impact and support those in need throughout the South Florida community.
