Meredith Silver

Meredith Silver is a founding partner of Silver Rosen. She is an experienced trial attorney with over 20 years of litigation expertise, representing both large national companies in complex business disputes and individuals navigating day-to-day legal challenges. She is known for her strategic approach, responsiveness, and unwavering commitment to her clients.

Ms. Silver began her career in business, earning a degree in Finance from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School in 2000. She then worked as the Financial Coordinator for the CBS Network in New York City, directly reporting to the Vice President of the Network.

Following her passion for the law, she earned her Juris Doctor from University of Miami School of Law and spent a decade practicing alongside her father, esteemed attorney Steven Mishan, where she focused on commercial litigation, bankruptcy and creditor’s rights. She continued her career at Phillips Law (formerly Phillips, Cantor & Shalek, P.A.), where she honed her litigation skills across a broad range of legal matters, including business disputes, landlord tenant matters, foreclosures, association law, employment law, and civil rights law.

With deep courtroom experience and strong negotiation skills, Ms. Silver is as comfortable in the boardroom as she is in the courtroom. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, results-driven advocacy while ensuring her clients receive the highest level of personal attention. Ms. Silver is currently licensed to practice in Florida, including the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the Middle District of Florida.
